About J&A Overhead Door

Owner Brian Harvey has been a certified garage door installer since 2000. He founded J&A Overhead Door in 2015. Since then, we've grown to serve homeowners throughout Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut, completing over 10,000 installations.

It's a true family operation. Brian's wife Heather runs the office — handling every call, scheduling, and customer communication so every customer gets a friendly, knowledgeable voice from the moment they reach out. Brian focuses on what he does best: showing up to jobs and getting the work done right.

Our lead technician, Jeremiah has been with J&A since 2021. Loyal and hardworking, Jeremiah handles the majority of our installations and repairs. On larger jobs, he and Brian work side by side — and that combination of experience and dedication is what our customers have come to count on.
